Donald Trump revealing important information on fraudulent election actions that took place on November 3rd and continued for weeks after the election.
A Pennsylvania poll watcher reportedly told Fox News host Sean Hannity that he witnessed irregularities with USB drives at a counting center where data from precinct scanners and ballots from election judges in various precincts is located, then uploaded to computers in a central location for overall tabulation.
So far, the courts at state and local election officials have stated that there is not enough evidence of widespread voter fraud in sufficient numbers to overturn the results of the election despite findings of Trump's legal team.
More voter fraud suspected in Michigan as President Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani addressed claims of fraud from witnesses. Each witness discussed their role in the election process and how it was affected. One witness stated that she was mistreated by her supervisor at the site and that the workers were coached on how to change or alter ballots and not to request ID.
Supreme Court denies the case on Thursday that was filed Dec. 02, 2020. President Donald J. Trump filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission, et. al. in his personal capacity as a candidate for re-election to the office of President of the United States. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Division.
The complaint is based on the unlawful and unconstitutional acts by Wisconsin public officials, including the Wisconsin Elections Commission, the Mayors of Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Green Bay, and Racine, and other election officials.
The suit seeks relief under the Electors Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which requires that public officials follow State Election Law when conducting a presidential election in their state. The lawsuits asks the U.S. District Court to find constitutional violations by defendants and send the matter to the Wisconsin Legislature for appropriate relief under Article II, Section 1.2. The U.S. Constitution makes the state legislature the final decision-makers on how to address constitutional violations involving a presidential election, and textually grants them the authority to select delegates to the Electoral College.
Specifically, the lawsuit alleges the following key unlawful acts:
“The United States Constitution prevents the rules in a Presidential Election from being changed at the last minute by un-elected bureaucrats and local politicians who may have a more narrow interest in the outcome of the election. We have alleged in our Complaint on behalf of the President that the Wisconsin Elections Commission and other state and local officials in Wisconsin broke the Wisconsin Election Code and ran an unconstitutional and unlawful election. Nothing is more important to our national fabric and future than integrity in our electoral process. This lawsuit is one-step in the direction of fairer, more transparent, more professional and ultimately more reliable elections in America.” Bill Bock, lead counsel in the Wisconsin federal suit for Donald J. Trump.
“Today’s federal lawsuit in Wisconsin reveals an apparently coordinated effort to push a new form of balloting upon Wisconsin voters that was not protected by uniform chain of custody and security standards and protocols. Regrettably, this is the same sort of conduct we have seen across many battleground states that Democrats knew they had to win to defeat the President where the rules of the election were changed at the last minute and guardrails against fraud were simultaneously lowered.
We hope that the State Legislatures in every affected State will take up this battle to protect the voters in their State. This is a solemn responsibility the Constitution entrusts directly to State Legislatures. The time for full scale investigations and resolve to uphold the Constitution is now, and President Trump is committed to fighting corruption and ensuring free and fair elections today and into the future for every American.” Jenna Ellis, Senior Legal Adviser for Trump 2020 Campaign and Attorney to President Trump.

In 2016, Trump ask the straightforward question to Black Americans: “What do you have to lose?
Black Americans no longer have to ask that question in 2020. Now it is more of a question of what they have to gain.
Trump comments, I’ve done more for the Black community than Democrats like Joe Biden have done in 47 years, and we are going to do so much more. As part of our efforts, we’ve unveiled my second term agenda called the “Platinum Plan” for Black Economic Empowerment, to ensure even more Black Americans have the opportunity to succeed over the next four years.
The plan is built around the pillars of opportunity, security, prosperity and fairness. I’ve committed to adding 3 million new jobs for the Black community, creating 500,000 new Black-owned businesses and increasing access to capital in Black communities by almost $500 Billion to create an era of new prosperity and to finally close the wealth gap.
We are increasing access to capital and economic empowerment for the Black community as a way to build Black generational wealth.
I knew that I could do more for Black America than the Democrat Party has ever done because I am about action. In fact, it’s the Democrats who exploit the sympathies and trust of Black Americans with false promises and empty rhetoric.
Since I became your President, I’ve fought for all Americans. Unlike the D.C. political establishment, which looked out for only a small group of elites at the expense of working families — my Administration is empowering all Americans with an agenda that puts you first, because I care.
The unemployment and poverty rates for Black Americans hit record lows just before we were attacked by the China Virus. Wages are now growing faster than they have in over a decade, especially for blue-collar workers.
My Administration is fighting to stop illegal immigration, which hurts Black communities, protect school choice, giving parents more options to access better schools for their children, create new and high-paying jobs, and increase investment in low-income areas — these initiatives create unprecedented opportunities for long-forgotten communities across the country.
I was also honored to work with U.S. Senator Tim Scott to create the Opportunity Zones program established through the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which has already attracted $75 billion in new private investments and created 500,000 new jobs in struggling, under served communities.
When it comes to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), it was my honor to be the first sitting President to invite all HBCU leaders to the White House, address the HBCU Week Conference and permanently fund these important schools through the FUTURE Act.
I am proud that we also passed landmark criminal justice reform to undo the damage of mass incarceration. This is helping people, who in many cases have served harsh sentences for non-violent crimes, to have a second chance at their American Dream. This is widely viewed as one of the greatest bipartisan victories in a long time, and a testament to what we can achieve together.
When there was increased violence and deaths in Democrat-controlled cities, we started Operation Legend, after young LeGend Taliferro and we are seeing results. When lawless criminals kept looting, burning and destroying Black businesses and communities, I said we needed peace, law and order in these same cities to keep communities, and families safe.
In Black communities across the nation, there’s been a reckoning to the reality that the Democrats have failed them for generations. D.C. Democrats are happy to leave urban communities mired with failing schools, no jobs and lost hope while wasting time and taxpayer money on baseless and partisan politics.
The truth is this: Democrats despise my America First agenda because it broke up their taxpayer-funded gravy train that enriched their friends and families, shipped jobs overseas, supported illegal immigrants and continued endless wars while leaving Black American families high and dry.
I will continue to work with any and all Americans who want to Make America Great Again by bringing back American jobs, improving our schools, building safer and more prosperous communities and reuniting families through meaningful justice reforms.
When I promised to stand for the forgotten men and women of this country—whether they live in Chicago or Charlotte, Detroit or Dubuque, or if they are black or white—I meant it. And that’s exactly what I’ve done.
So, I ask you to examine my record and consider voting for me to continue to fight for you, as your President, for four more years.

News has been unveiled about a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden containing incriminating photos and emails that may be damaging to the former Vice President's campaign. Recent news has proven that social media networks have filtered and prohibited this information from the public. Many claim it is a bias attempt to prevent this information from reaching users while the media platforms claim it is merely a policy procedure.
Meanwhile Joe Biden refuses to comment on the situation and has laughed at reporters when ask about the situation. Many are asking for a further investigation into Hunter Biden as well as the Obama administration claiming that there is more to the story and that the laptop is only scratching the surface.
Update- October 23rd 2020. Polls have come in stating that Trump has won the final debate by at least 70% . CNN and NBC polls are much different. The debate was heated in many moments as President Trump questioned Biden on his positions with China and fracking. Biden fought back on immigration issues by trying to justify his reasons for more relaxed border protection. He stated that immigrants should be brought in and that we should pay for their welfare.....that we "owe them". He went on to claim that Trump put children in cages at the border. Trump came back hard stating that the Obama administration built the cages the children were kept in, and he was fighting the criminals.
Both had much to say about racism and the economy but the American people will have to research the facts of what both have done in their time in office.
October 21st 2020. The third and final debate of the 2020 election will proceed in person, on 22 October in Nashville, Tennessee at the Belmont University. It will air for 90 minutes without commercial interruption at 9:00 pm on NBC. The debate will be hosted by NBC’s White House correspondent, Kristen Walker.
The topics for the third presidential debate have been announced by the Commission on Presidential Debate. The debate topics will be: - fighting COVID-19, American families, race in America, climate change, national security and leadership. The topics may be subject to change based on world events and may not be in any certain order.
The Trump campaign was disappointed to find that foreign policy was not on the topic list and had requested it to be added.
The Commission on Presidential Debates has also announced that the candidates microphones will be muted to allow each candidate to speak without interruption.
There have been several complaints concerning the changes in this year's debate platform. One of those complaints are the bias moderators that have been chosen for each debate. The town hall platforms were also said to be an issue allowing one candidate to accept questions from the audience as town hall event are known for and the other was questioned and continuously interrupted by the moderator.

A new poll released Tuesday shows a majority of Americans support the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court and most oppose the Democratic idea to “pack the courts” with additional justices.
“Last week, Judge Barrett proved she has the deep legal expertise, judicial temperament, and intellectual horsepower that Americans deserve to have on the Supreme Court,” Sen. Mitch McConnell said. “The Senate will turn to her nomination as soon as it comes out of committee later this week.”
Others say that the nomination is rushed and they believe that Republican are jamming this nomination through the system while Republican seem to hold their ground stating that it is the President's duty to fill the seat.
Latest news on the President's recovery of the coronavirus- “The president this morning says ‘I feel great,’” writes Conley. “His physical exam and vital signs, including oxygen saturation and respiratory rate, all remain stable and in normal range.”
Trump supporters are even more convinced that there is nothing Trump will not accomplish or face head on to continue to be there for the American people. "He is a fighter, and he fights for us."
President Biden announced a ban on imports of Russian oil, gas and energy to the United States on Tuesday. Biden further stated, "Putin's war is already hurting American families at the gas pump since Putin began his military buildup on Ukrainian borders." Biden claims this will target the main artery of Russia and the war on Ukraine. With that statement he admitted that this action will make the price of gas go up further. Now at it's all time high, those remember Trumps words that gas prices will reach $7 to $8 dollars a gallon under Biden. Only a year in and prices have risen $2 per gallon since Trump was in office. At this rate this statement reigns true.
According to the New York Post, Zelenskyy has vowed to hunt down “every bastard” involved in the murder of a Ukrainian family in the Kyiv suburb of Irpin this weekend. “A family was killed in [Irpin] today. A man, a woman and two children. Right on the road. … When they were just trying to get out of town. To escape,” Zelensky said, speaking in Ukrainian in a broadcast late Sunday. “The whole family. How many such families have died in Ukraine! We will not forgive. We will not forget.” “We will punish everyone who committed atrocities in this war. On our land. We will find every bastard. Which shot at our cities, our people. Which bombed our land. Which launched rockets. Which gave the order and pressed ‘start,’” he continued “There will be no quiet place on this Earth for you. Except for the grave.” “The names and ages of the family have not been released, although reports said the daughter was 8 years old and her brother a teen,” the Post reports. “About a dozen Ukrainian soldiers were nearby when the explosion went off Sunday, including one in a video who appeared to be injured in the blast. The soldiers were there not to fight but rather to assist fleeing civilians, according to reports.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin has maintained roughly 95% of his combat force in Ukraine as fighting continues, an official confirmed Tuesday. U.S. defense officials believe that Putin has pushed roughly 150,000 in combat forces along Ukraine’s border into the former Soviet nation. There have been reports of stalled forces, including mechanical errors, fuel and food shortages, but the majority of Russian forces remain. "He still has a lot of combat power available," a senior defense official warned. The official commented that despite Russia’s continued advances, the "vast majority" of Ukrainian forces also remain operable. Though the official noted Ukraine lacks the "physical numbers" that Russia maintains. Russia has yet to advance in the air. Ukraine combats Russian missiles that have destroyed cities across the nation. Approximately 670 missiles have been levied at Ukraine.
According to Fox News, “In the days following the announcement that he had authorized invading the neighbor country, entities ranging from world leaders to small business owners are consistently attempting to squeeze Russia out of the global economy.” “On Saturday, the United States, Canada and other European allies released a joint statement announcing that ‘selected’ Russian banks would be removed from the SWIFT financial system.” “If one of these de-SWIFTED and Russian banks wants to make or receive a payment with a bank outside of Russia, such as a bank in Asia, it will now need to use the telephone or a fax machine. And in all likelihood most banks around the world will simply stop transacting altogether with Russian banks that are removed from SWIFT,” a senior Biden administration official said. The EU has also stepped up, sending $500 million in weapons and ammunition to Ukraine and barring Russian planes from entering EU airspace. “Our airspace will be closed to every Russian plane – and that includes the private jets of oligarchs,” der Leyen said. “This will apply to any plane owned, chartered or otherwise controlled by a Russian legal or natural person.” “Even if you’re a business that doesn’t care about anything except making money, the last thing you want to be doing is go there. You go to lots of other places to do your business, you don’t need to go there,” Retired CIA Senior Clandestine Services Officer Dan Hoffman told Fox News. “Oil companies are also taking action against Putin, as BP announced Sunday it is dropping its stake in Russian energy company Rosneft, in which it has a 19.75% stake, according to its chief executive, Bernard Looney. He will also resign from the Rosneft board,” according to Fox news. “I am convinced that the decisions we have taken as a board are not only the right thing to do, but are also in the long-term interests of bp,” Looney said in a statement. “Our immediate priority is caring for our great people in the region and we will do our utmost to support them.”
Ukraine’s’ first lady calls for NATO no fly-zone Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska called on NATO to enforce a no fly-zone over the skies of Ukraine, a move the alliance has resisted over fears it could escalate the conflict with Russia and draw NATO into the war. “And what we need - close the sky!" she said in an "open letter" posted to social media Tuesday. "Finally take off the white gloves, you still can't keep neutrality. Because Putin may come to you next. Close the sky, and on earth we will handle it ourselves.”
Intelligence officials predict 'ugly' weeks ahead as Putin doubles down Top U.S. intelligence officials warned Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is frustrated that his invasion of Ukraine is not going as planned, and that the coming weeks will get "ugly" as he takes an even more aggressive approach to try and take over the country. During a House Intelligence Committee hearing, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines said that Putin did not expect the U.S. and European allies to respond the way they have with sanctions, and did not anticipate private companies ceasing to do business with Russia. "Nevertheless," Haines said, "our analysts assessed that Putin is unlikely to be deterred by such setbacks and instead may escalate, essentially doubling down to achieve Ukrainian disarmament neutrality to prevent it from further integrating with the U.S. and NATO if it doesn't reach some diplomatic negotiation."
Former President Donald Trump commented in an exclusive interview on Saturday that Russia's invasion of Ukraine could escalate to a "world war" and stressed that President Biden's administration would have to put more pressure on Moscow than by simply issuing sanctions. During the conversation with Fox News Digital at the site of the Conservative Political Action Conference in Florida, the former president also stated that the invasion "never should have happened." "It is a horrible thing," he said. "But there's great bravery being shown, and I think they're doing one hell of a job — much more so than anybody would have thought possible." When Trump was asked if had any words for Russian President Vladimir Putin, he had no comment.
Looks like he has the approval. Forty-seven percent (47%) of likely Republican voters chose Trump as the candidate they would most likely support as the Republican presidential nominee in 2024.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis ranked second with 20%, followed by Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney (7%), Texas Senator Ted Cruz (6%) and former Vice President Mike Pence (5%).
One tier below those candidates, you’ll find former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo each at three percent (3%).
The train crash occurred at a crossing where a train collided with a truck. Initial reports suggest that the crossing lights and signals were not working correctly, leading to the collision. As a result, many people lost their lives, and many others were injured.
The Biden administration should be held accountable for this tragic incident. The federal government is responsible for maintaining the safety and functionality of the country's infrastructure, including railways and roads.
The conflict in Ukraine has been ongoing since 2014, with Russia annexing Crimea and supporting separatist rebels in eastern Ukraine. The conflict has escalated in recent months, with Russia reportedly amassing troops near the Ukrainian border. China's decision to support Russia in this conflict has raised concerns among some Western nations, as it suggests that China and Russia are increasingly aligned in their foreign policy objectives.
California Governor Gavin Newsom's plan to limit oil companies' profits was criticized by both Democrats and Republicans during a recent state hearing. The governor responded by accusing the oil industry of using scare tactics and refusing to provide answers or solutions to last year's price spikes. The state of California has released plans to slash greenhouse gas emissions by 85%, cut oil usage by 94%, and deploy more solar and wind capacity over the next two decades.
2024 race is on with 3 candidates proclaiming to run on the Republican side. Donald Trump, the 45th president and the one many still believe to be their president after a stolen election in 2020 will run against Nikki Haley former governor of South Carolina and Vivek Ramaswamy, a finance executive with a strong education and business background. This will be a very important election for Americans as they have seen prices soar, the economy and stocks plummet, and the industry and farmlands highjacked by China.
The outbreak was first reported in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, with the official position being that the virus originated in animals, most likely bats, and was transmitted to humans in a market in Wuhan. However, there has been mounting evidence to suggest that the virus might have originated from a laboratory in Wuhan. Several theories have been proposed about the possible origin of the virus, including the theory that it was created in a laboratory in Wuhan, either accidentally or intentionally.
Squad-linked committees transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to firm run by anti-Israel activist, filings show." The payments to Unbought Power LLC have raised concerns about the use of funds for political purposes. South Korean intelligence reports suggest that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un's first child is likely to be a male. The gender of his eldest child has been a topic of speculation for years, and if confirmed, it could have significant ramifications for the future of North Korea's government. North Korea's communist ideology follows a de facto hereditary monarchy, and the Kim family has been in complete control of the nation since the Korean War. The cultivation of a cult of personality that paints the family as godlike figures who dominate daily life is part of their holding onto power. The most likely successor to Kim Jong Un would be his eldest son, if it is indeed a male, following the male-preference patrilineal history of the dictatorship. Although after Kim Jong Un paraded his young daughter – his second child – around a major military celebration last month, it prompted speculation from media outlets around the world that he was preparing her for leadership.
Iowa state Rep. Taylor Collins has introduced a bill in the Iowa House of Representatives that seeks to ban diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) spending in the state's public universities. The bill would prohibit DEI offices and positions centered around race, gender identity, or sexual orientation from receiving state funds, but courses, research, student organizations, and guest speakers on those topics would still be allowed. The bill's supporters argue that DEI programs promote a "woke agenda" that indoctrinates a preferred political ideology.

Through the past 5 years there has been a push for the U.S to be at war with Russia. The famous Dossier that was funded by the Democratic Party and Hilary Clinton's Campaign was how most of us remember it beginning. Months of collusion talk which led to nothing but a hoax to try and secure the election for Clinton. Even after the election in 2016 and Trump was declared the Winner, there was the continuous collusion propaganda that the liberal media pushed to every American they could reach in hopes that they would somehow convince everyone that Putin helped Trump win. Again a massive failure on their part.
Now it seems that after 4 years of peace with the Trump Presidency we have relinquished the power to an incompetent leader that has no idea how to work with other nations, least of all prevent a war. In fact the very words of this administration are more than likely what fueled the war to start. Kamala Harris's encouragement for Ukraine to join NATO may have been adding fuel to the fire. With gas prices reaching an all time high and threats of a nuclear war on the rise, Americans, (even those that didn't vote for Trump) are wishing those days were back.
There have been reports that China has sent military aid and equipment to Russia to support the country's ongoing conflict in Ukraine. According to Russian media, the Chinese government has sent multiple shipments of military hardware to Russia, including artillery systems, drones, and other weapons. This move by China is seen as a significant show of support for Russia and a further indication of the growing cooperation between the two nations. Both countries have had strained relations with the West in recent years, with Russia facing sanctions over its actions in Ukraine and China facing criticism over its treatment of Uighur Muslims and its territorial claims in the South China Sea. The Chinese government has not confirmed the reports of military aid to Russia, but Chinese officials have emphasized their close ties with Russia and their shared commitment to maintaining stability in the region. China and Russia have been strengthening their military and economic ties in recent years, with both countries seeking to counterbalance the influence of the United States and other Western powers. As Russia's so-called "special military operation" enters its second year of full-blown war in Ukraine, former President Donald Trump takes President Joe Biden to task for leading the U.S. "into oblivion" and potentially World War III. "This is the most dangerous time in the history of our country," Trump wrote Saturday morning in a Truth Social post. "World War III is looming, like never before, in the very dark and murky background. "'Leadership' is solely responsible for this unprecedented danger to the USA, and likewise, the world. HOPELESS JOE BIDEN IS LEADING US INTO OBLIVION!!!"Trump's remarks come as China has become more publicly present on the Russia-Ukraine War, including Xi Jinping potentially meeting with Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy and back-and-forth with the Biden administration and China on supplying weapons to the front lines. While the conflict in Ukraine has largely been viewed as a regional issue, the involvement of China in supporting Russia could have broader implications for global security. The United States and other Western nations will likely continue to monitor the situation closely and seek to prevent any further escalation of the conflict. Former US President Donald Trump issued a warning on Tuesday that the policies of current US President Joe Biden on Ukraine may lead to World War III, just over a year into the US-fueled war in Ukraine. Trump wrote on his social media platform that Biden is pushing the US towards a potential global conflict with Ukraine, through actions that may not be intentional. In response to Biden's unannounced visit to Kiev on Monday to demonstrate US support for Ukraine, Trump stated that he will reach out to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to help find a quick resolution to the crisis if re-elected. Biden announced during his visit a half-billion-dollar package of supplies to Ukraine, including artillery ammunition and anti-armor systems, as well as further sanctions against elites and companies evading Russia's war machine. French leaders have also expressed concern over NATO's strategy towards military assistance to Ukraine, warning of the potential for a global conflict. The leader of France's far-right Eurosceptic party, The Patriots, and the head of the largest opposition faction, Marine Le Pen, have both suggested that NATO's policies could lead to World War III. Additionally, former French presidential candidate Nicolas Dupont-Aignan advised Paris to halt its supplies for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky following his effort to ignite a third World War. The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has raised concerns about the potential for a larger geopolitical conflict that could draw in major global powers, including China and Russia. Some have speculated that the Biden administration's stance towards Ukraine is pushing China and Russia to become closer allies and increasing the likelihood of a nuclear war.The situation in Ukraine has been tense since the 2014 annexation of Crimea by Russia. The Biden administration has taken a firm stance on Ukraine, calling for increased support for the country and pushing for its inclusion in NATO. This has raised concerns in Russia, which sees NATO expansion as a direct threat to its national security. China, too, has been watching the situation closely, as it seeks to expand its influence in the region. While tensions between the U.S. and Russia have been escalating in recent years, it is important to remember that the use of nuclear weapons would have catastrophic consequences for the entire world. It is essential that all nations work to reduce tensions and resolve conflicts through diplomacy and peaceful means. There are allegations that Hunter Biden received lucrative business deals and financial compensation in other areas of his work in Ukraine and China. Some have raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest given his father's position as Vice President of the United States at the time. However, no charges have been filed at this time.
Squad-linked committees transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to firm run by anti-Israel activist, filings show" Michigan Representative Rashida Tlaib and a Squad-linked committee have transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to a Florida-based firm owned by an anti-Israel activist. According to filings, the progressive entities have given almost $270,000 to Unbought Power LLC, which is owned by Rasha Mubarak, a political and community activist who has openly expressed anti-Israel views on social media.
Tlaib's campaign paid Unbought Power $179,000 for fundraising services in 2021 and 2022. At the same time, her leadership PAC, Rooted in Community Leadership, added $44,000 in payments. Mubarak, who also serves as treasurer of Tlaib's leadership PAC, according to its records, has received payments from the Squad Victory Fund, a joint fundraiser that supports the campaigns and leadership committees of Squad members, including Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Mubarak has been criticized for her comments on Israel and its policies. She has taken to Twitter several times to criticize what she calls the "state-sanctioned violence" of Israel. Her tweets include statements such as "This isn't a conflict—it's settler colonialism, it's ethnic cleansing, it's oppression, it's apartheid" and "Say it loud. Say it clear. Palestine will be FREE."
Tlaib is not the only Squad member to come under fire for controversial remarks deemed anti-Semitic. Omar has repeatedly been criticized for her comments on Israel. Last year, Florida Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz targeted Tlaib after she claimed that individuals couldn't be progressive if they supported Israel.
Tlaib's two committees and the Squad Victory Fund were the only federal entities to pay Mubarak's consulting company, according to a search of the FEC database. Neither Tlaib nor the Squad-linked committee has responded to a request for comment.
The payments to Unbought Power LLC have raised concerns about the use of funds for political purposes. Critics argue that the transfer of funds to a company owned by an anti-Israel activist indicates the promotion of biased opinions and goes against the principles of democracy.
In conclusion, the transfer of funds by Tlaib's committees and the Squad-linked committee to a firm owned by an anti-Israel activist has raised concerns about the use of funds for political purposes. The controversy highlights the need for transparency in political donations and the importance of avoiding biased opinions that go against the principles of democracy.
California Governor Gavin Newsom's plan to limit oil companies' profits was criticized by both Democrats and Republicans during a recent state hearing. The hearing was held to consider proposed legislation backed by Newsom, which would punish oil exploration and refining companies with a financial penalty if found to increase gasoline prices "excessively". Michael Mische, a professor at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, said, "Enacting SBX1-2 is not in the best interests of the consumer, will not reduce retail pump prices and is not in the best long-term economic interests of California". The bill was also criticized by Catherine Reheis-Boyd, the president and CEO of the Western States Petroleum Association. California has maintained its position as the state with the highest average gas prices throughout the past year, according to data from the Energy Information Administration. In both June and October, the average gas price surpassed $6 per gallon, and though the average has fallen to $4.76 per gallon in the last two months, it remains the highest in the nation except for Hawaii. California has also continued to impose restrictions on the oil and gas industry as part of its efforts to advance renewable energy production and combat climate change. Federal data reveals that petroleum refining capacity, crucial for the production of gasoline and jet fuel, has decreased by over 17% in the West Coast region, including California, since its peak in 2010. Meanwhile, domestic consumption of all fuel types has increased by around 5%. The head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, Patrick De Haan, claimed that California's strict regulations are the cause of the state's consistently high gas prices. He also contrasted the state's stance with Texas, where the oil industry is more welcome and regulatory burdens are lower, resulting in lower gas prices. De Haan dismissed the notion that oil companies are exploiting California consumers, stating that such claims lack substance. California is facing two major challenges: a massive state debt and a significant homeless population. The state has one of the largest economies in the world, but its debt burden is also one of the highest in the country. According to recent data from the State Treasurer's Office, California's outstanding debt currently stands at approximately $258 billion. This includes bonds, loans, and other forms of borrowing that the state has accumulated over the years. One of the reasons for the high level of debt is the state's heavy reliance on bonds to fund infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, and schools. While these investments can boost economic growth in the long run, they also come with significant interest payments that must be made over time, adding to the state's overall debt burden. Another major challenge facing California is its homelessness crisis. The state has the largest homeless population in the country, estimated at more than 160,000 individuals, according to the latest figures from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The reasons for this crisis are complex, but they include a lack of affordable housing, rising housing costs, and a shortage of mental health and substance abuse treatment services. To address these challenges, California has implemented a number of policy initiatives aimed at reducing debt and homelessness. For example, the state recently passed a $7.6 billion package to fund affordable housing and homeless services, including the construction of new housing units and the expansion of mental health and substance abuse treatment programs. Additionally, the state has taken steps to reduce its reliance on debt financing for infrastructure projects, including the use of more pay-as-you-go financing models that require upfront payments rather than long-term borrowing. It remains to be seen whether California will be able to fully address these complex issues and improve the lives of its residents in the years to come.
Two American citizens were killed and another wounded after being kidnapped by members of a Mexican cartel while traveling in Mexico last week. The victims had crossed the border from Brownsville, Texas, into the city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, when their minivan was hit by gunfire. The van collided with another vehicle before armed men emerged from a third vehicle, forced the four Americans into the back of a white truck, and fled the scene. Two of the victims were loaded into the back by the armed men and may have already been dead.
According to State Department spokesperson Ned Price, the two surviving Americans have since been repatriated back to the United States with the assistance of Mexican authorities. The two were transported in Brownsville, Texas, ambulances with a law enforcement escort over the Veterans International Bridge and taken to Valley Regional Medical center in Brownsville to receive treatment.
"We are in the process of working to repatriate the remains of the two Americans who were killed in this incident," Price said at a news conference on Tuesday.
There is a conflict on what the Americans were doing in Mexico as the sister of one of victims stated that one of the victims was traveling to receive a "tummy tuck" but Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said that the Americans had come acreoss the border to purchase medicine. One person is in custody in connection with the abduction, the Associated Press reported.
The victims were traveling in a minivan with North Carolina plates when they were attacked. The identities of the surviving victims were released as Latiavia McGee and Eric James. The deceased victims were identified as Zindell Brown and Shaeed Wooard. Kidnappings and violence are not uncommon in the border region between the United States and Mexico, where cartels often operate. The incident is currently under investigation by both U.S. and Mexican authorities.
On Wednesday, the House Foreign Affairs Committee will hold its first hearing of the 118th Congress to investigate the Biden administration's withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021. Republicans have labeled the withdrawal a "stunning failure" of leadership. As U.S. troops prepared to leave Afghanistan on Biden's orders, the Taliban rapidly seized control of Kabul, resulting in the deaths of 13 U.S. service members and 170 others in a suicide bombing near the Hamid Karzai International Airport. Furthermore, thousands of U.S. citizens and allies were left stranded in the Taliban-controlled country.
According to a GOP committee aide, the hearing serves two purposes. First, it is intended to remind everyone why the investigation is important, and second, it provides veterans an opportunity to share their stories and experiences on the ground during the withdrawal. The committee aide emphasized the hearing's importance, stressing that many individuals believe the government has ignored the trauma caused by the withdrawal.
Chairman Michael McCaul, R-Texas, expressed his views on the issue in an interview with Fox News Digital. He described the withdrawal as a "systemic breakdown" of the federal government and a "stunning failure of leadership" by the Biden administration. McCaul expressed his determination to hold those responsible for the incident accountable, and he encouraged gold and blue star family members and veterans to watch the hearing.
The hearing will feature several witnesses, including Army medic and former Specialist Aidan Gunderson, Sergeant Tyler Vargas-Andrews, who was seriously injured at Abbey Gate, Francis Q. Hoang, the executive chairman of volunteer organization Allied Airlift 21, Peter Lucier, the lead for strategic partnerships and allied organizations for Team America Relief, and Lt. Col. (Ret.) David Scott Mann, the founder of Operation Pineapple Express. Task Force Pineapple, which Mann initiated and Gunderson assisted in, has so far evacuated around 1,000 Afghan allies.
McCaul plans to request access to the classified dissenting cable that U.S. State Department employees sent, warning of a deteriorating security situation and urging the immediate evacuation of allies. He has stated his readiness to issue a subpoena to obtain answers to his questions. McCaul also intends to investigate why the suicide bomber was allowed to leave Bagram, why Bagram Airport was handed over to the Taliban, and other matters.
In August 2022, as the then-ranking member on the committee, McCaul released an interim report outlining the findings of his investigation into the withdrawal. The report was critical, accusing the administration of failing to evacuate some U.S.-trained Afghan military personnel and potentially creating a significant national security risk.
US Energy Department report suggests COVID-19 may have originated from a lab leak in China, triggering Republican calls for Chinese Communist Party accountability The Energy Department’s view is significant, according to the Journal, because it has considerable scientific expertise and oversees a network of U.S. national laboratories, some of which conduct advanced biological research. People who read the classified report told the Journal that the Energy Department ranks its new judgment at "low confidence," while the FBI ranked its same conclusion in 2021 that the COVID-19 pandemic was the result of an accidental lab leak at "moderate confidence" and maintains that view. The lab leak theory is not new, but was initially dismissed as a fringe conspiracy theory. In fact, both the Washington Post and the New York Times had accused Republican Senator Tom Cotton of repeating a "fringe theory" when he mentioned the lab leak possibility back in February 2020. The Post issued a correction to one of its stories more than a year after calling the theory "debunked." The Times came under fire last month after a group of 43 national security experts signed a letter accusing the Times, Time magazine, Lancet and Nature Medicine of stifling debate on the origins of the virus. The Chinese government has vehemently denied the theory, insisting that the virus was of natural origin. The World Health Organization conducted an investigation in Wuhan earlier this year but concluded that the lab leak theory was "extremely unlikely." However, the investigation has been widely criticized as being compromised by Chinese influence. In the wake of the Energy Department's report, Republicans are calling for more transparency and accountability from the Chinese government, and for the US government to declassify information about the origins of the virus. They also called out Big Tech and the media for censoring information about the lab leak theory. Senator Josh Hawley tweeted: "The American people deserve the full truth about #covid origins. No more whitewash. I will again introduce legislation to make the US government’s intelligence reports on covid open to the people." The National Intelligence Council and four other agencies assess at "low confidence" that the COVID-19 pandemic originated due to natural transmission from an infected animal.
